The Building Plastics Centre is one of Bradford's biggest stockists of building plastics for the trade and for specification. Our products include fascias, soffits, dry verge, cladding, guttering, soil and underground systems. We have more than 20 years' experience in building products and we pride ourselves on providing a great service to our customers in and around Bradford.

• Fascias
  A full range of SUMMIT replacement and cover board fascias in white and colours. The standard white Guarantee is for 15 Years but this can be extended to 20 years where white Kayflow guttering available form Revival, is also used on an installation. See www.summitpvc.co.uk. The guarantee for colour profiles is 10 Years.


• Corners & Joints
  A comprehensive collection of corners and joints in a variety of sizes and colours for PVC roofline.


• Soffits
  Flat boards and hollow soffits are included in the range. It is important to provide proper ventilation of the roof void in a cold roof situation. To see the requirements of the Building Regulations for roof void ventilation please click here.


• Over Fascia Units
  Over fascia protection is important in order to protect timber rafters and any fascia backing boards. Ventilation into the cold roof void is important in order to inhibit mould and rot taking hold.


• Guttering
  Kayflow guttering systems are tough, no nonsense products with an excellent joint seal and clipping system. Now with traditional Cast Effect systems in Round and Ogee.


• Cladding
  PVC cladding is an excellent way to cap off the ends of a canopy, construct the sides of dormer windows or the soffit of a large porch.


• Trims
  An impressive choice of PVC quadrants, angles, rectangles and Dee moulds. The majority are available in white and colours.


• Soil & Waste
  A wide range of PVC-U profiles and fittings manufactured in high gloss PVC-U for low maintenance. These products are lightweight, durable and compatible with most other UK systems.


• Underground
  User friendly easy system , easy to handle Impact resistant and extremely durable in use A wide range of products and ancillary fittings Tested in accordance with BS EN 1401-1: 1998 PVC-U Underground Drainage Systems.


• Sealants, Adhesives & Foams
  A full range of sealants, adhesives and foam fillers to cover all standard requirements for cellular PVC installation and other general building processes.


• Cleaners
  A full range of cleaning agents, cleaning wipes and dust sheets to minimise contamination of any job.


• Fixings
  Fixings for roofline, cladding systems and windows


• Dry Verge
  The Thysis Dry Verge System is designed for use with most large profiled interlocking slates and tiles (including larger clay tiles) laid at a gauge of between 265mm and 345mm and are suitable for use on new build or refurbishment projects.


• Vented Tiles
  Each tile in the new Multi-Fit range will fit most major manufacturer's tiles.
  Lowline or Cowl available in Terracota, Slate Grey, Red and Brown as standard.


• Wall & Ceiling Panels
  Marbrex decorative wall and ceiling panels are stylish and versatile. Designed to create the look and feel of marble, wood and stone Marbrex is a stunning alternative to paint, wallpaper, tiles and other wall covering systems.


• Tools
  We stock a range of hand tools, but also have 24 hour access to a large number of tools including power tools for a wide variety of applications at competitive prices.
