Never use this company. Terms and conditions are outdated, and only available on desktop view. Tried cancel contract and return fire. They will not provide a return form label with unique number as specified in their terms and conditions before I can get a refund. Basically stuck with a fire I dont want and cant get a refund. Please report any consumer issues with this company to consumers helpline on citizens advice website. Complaint to trading standards.
