I’m BEWARE! This company carried out works for us and the day after works we’re complete they arrived at site threatening our tenant as we hadn’t settled the account that day. Our surveyor needs to sign off the works and the Tennant has noted that his floor was damaged by Churchill when carrying out works due to lack of protection being laid on the floor . We settled 80% of the invoice but have now been threatened with debt collectors, threatening emails and all sorts not even 6 days after we asked them to come back and repair the damage to the floor. Most extraordinary behaviour. Totally unprofessional our surveyor has asked them to pop back and make this simple repair. I’m sure the owner needs to go on a course on how to look after customers.! Personally. AVOID at all costs life is too short to have to deal with this sort of behaviour. There are lots of really decent companies to do this work it was a very poor choice on our part. Deeply worrying and I feel very sorry for the owner who’s clearly out of his depth in business. ??
