After a house fire our loss adjusters recommended surveyor insisted on using Supreme Building Solutions. They charged an eye watering daily rate without going to tender, mainly removing fire damaged material and sweeping up in preparation for rebuilding the roof. Supremes team of scaffolders created havoc and were rude crude and offensive to us and our neighbours. During a site meeting scaffolding fell on my neighbours roof, Supremes boss Paul and my surveyor set about removing it, like Pik-A-Stik, my surveyor said. Supreme never considered that they were working on a Heritage Asset and had no idea what listed building meant, features were lost and errors hidden. Our surveyor dismissed all our concerns that the work was over priced and not up to scratch, he just assured us insurers always pick up the bill. We got shot of them both as soon as we could. Paul, the boss would have been the bigger man if hed just said his firm was not up to the job.
