We took a specialist ladder to this firm to have an extra step fitted. We were assured this could be done and would be ready within 2 weeks. When we went to collect it we were then told it wasnt ready and would be ready the followingWeds. It still wasnt completed. Today when we were assured it would be ready for collection it still hadnt been done . We have now brought it back and wasted almost a month !!! We had been recommended this firm by a research engineer . We will not recommend this company to others and would have respected them more if they had said they didnt want the business in the first place.
