I have used Tomi and his team for 2 construction projects and I highly recommend them for these reasons:
- Tomi used to work for Planning control, so provides excellent guidance on getting your extension approved.
- Team can complete Architect & Engineering drawings
- Submits the application with the council and manages the relationship
- Contacts in regards to Private Inspectors
- Completes Thames Water approval
- quick turn around in regards to changes to the drawings
- able to provide guidance on what is over engineered vs passes building control
- Well priced compared to other quotes I received
- Always avaiable for a call,or via whatsapp
