HG-Design, established in 2007, is a forward-thinking professional architectural design practice based in Sutton Coldfield, near Birmingham in the West-midlands. Our team of architectural technicians and Part 1 architectural assistants pride ourselves on the belief that good architecture can enhance the quality of our everyday life.

We specialise in the production of high quality concept design and drawing work, also we have vast experience in Planning, Listed Building, Conservation & Building Regulations Applications along with Licensing approvals, these are executed by thorough on-site project management and cost control. As well as specialising in the production of high-quality design and drawing work, we also provide a complete end-to-end cost and project management for owners and developers, incorporating planning; design; all consents, licences and building regulations; and construction liaison and advice.

HG-Design has a proven track record of the design of modern or traditional structures across a range of sectors including residential; commercial; industrial; retail; religious institutions; and leisure. We have also been the chosen designers for major interior design concepts for pubs, restaurants, retail outlets and high-end domestic projects.

Residential
HG-Design offers architectural design services for a number of residential design projects from local domestic extensions and improvements in Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham, to one-off bespoke, designer family homes and entire commercial residential developments nationwide.

Housing Development
Hg-Design provides architectual services for a variety of housing developers. We currently have a growing portfolio of small and large housing developments across the UK.

HG-Design has extensive expertise in domestic extensions. From small loft and garage conversions, to larger two storey extensions, we can provide you with extra space you need with out the disruption of moving.
