About Eggbox Studios
Eggbox Studios has been providing cost-effective 3D visualizations and computer generated imagery for a number of years. The company is based in the UK but has an international client list that includes SME's and Fortune 50 corporations. Our work has included planning application submissions, funding applications, marketing material, public consultations, TV commercials, magazine articles, site board graphics, presentation graphics and much more.

Illustration
Our illustration services have been used to sell and promote a wide range of products and services including architectural developments, interior design, product promotion and navigational aids.
A variation on a standard illustration is a photo-montage in which a 3d model is seamlessly integrated into a photograph. This is often used by property developers to aid with planning applications.
Animation
Animations offer a unique set of challenges. There are many formats currently in use for broadcasting and viewing on TV or film with varying resolutions, frame rates and interpolated or progressive scanning. Our knowledge and experience with international broadcast standards, film sizes and compression formats allows us to offer advice on how your animated project should be distributed.
Animated presentations needn't be completely 3d, simple slideshows and complex motion graphics can also be created from still images, ideal for logos, intros, idents and stings.
As with photo-montage, elements can often be 'composited' with moving footage. The process is quite complex but recent advances in match-moving technology allows complicated compositing to be achieved with fairly modest budgets.
Outsourcing
Eggbox Studios produces assets for a number of other studios and agencies allowing professional 3d illustration, animation and compositing without the commitment associated with hiring a full-time member of staff. We can work anonymously in the background or interact with the client directly as a member of your organisation being as discrete as possible throughout the project.
