• Our forty, strong team of experienced call handlers, are available to provide quotations/take your order: Monday to Friday; 8am – 9pm; Saturday 9am – 1pm.
  
• Orders placed via; phone, fax and email, before 9pm are delivered the next working day (to towns within Ireland – ‘rest of the world’ customers contact us re delivery).
  
• Our on-site shop opens Monday to Thursday, 8am - 9pm; Friday 8am – 6pm & Saturday 9pm – 1pm.

• Our 32 delivery vehicles service nine northern and eighteen southern routes, daily. Why incur the expense of storing stock, when you can order up to 9 at night with us and we will deliver it to you the next day? – Sure we’re going your way anyway.

• Our 160,000sq ft, fully automated 9000 pallet warehouse is currently being extended to double its size and capacity.


• ePOD – in January 2008 we implemented ePOD; the most technically advanced electronic proof of delivery system currently used in Ireland. Its ‘Real Time’ functionality affords unparalleled visibility and absolute traceability across our entire distribution network.


• On the 18th June 2008 our customers, via email, will have the hassle of delivery notes going AWOL on site, eliminated. At the click of a button they will be able to see the where, when, what and who signed for, particulars of their delivery just after it has occurred.
