Compressor Remanufacture
ACES offer a unique quality control procedure that covers all aspects of the remanufacturing process. Each compressor is dealt with as an individual project with every stage of the remanufacturing detailed and logged. We take pride in our work and confidently supply every remanufactured compressor with a 12 month warranty. Extended warranty can also be arranged (at no additional cost) for compressors that are held as 'standby'.

Services

Planned Preventative Maintenance
ACES can provide both air-conditioning and chiller service contracts tailored to your specific needs - from simple F-gas compliance to complex process cooling and critical plant maintenance. All Planned Preventative Maintenance quotations are supplied free of charge.

Service Repair and Breakdowns
ACES provide a 24/7 service throughout year! Any breakdown in chiller or air-conditioning is only a phone call away! Whether it’s major or minor, all repairs and work is completed at a time and budget to suit.

Control and System Retrofits
Our expertise in retrofit projects can greatly assist with both costs and emission reductions by improving the efficiency and sustainability of your plant. This can sometimes involve remanufacturing the chiller on site. New controls and replacement components can also be fitted to prolong the life of the chiller plant.

Compressor Overhaul and Reporting
As compressor experts ACES can undertake regular on-site compressor inspections. This can be used to establish diagnoses of failed components or to back up existing repair quotations. Full system and compressor reports can be submitted to provide fault and repair diagnosis.

Chiller Consultancy/TM44
Our experienced engineers can also offer full system diagnosis and reports. This can include chiller phase out planning and the replacement/ repair options available. ACES can also undertake all TM44 air-conditioning energy assessment reports. Our services make buildings work better – more efficiently, more sustainable and more cost-effective!

Onsite Services and Installation
We offer comprehensive on-site remanufacturing services for a wide range of compressors. These services range from regular maintenance, fault analysis, top-end overhaul to full strip down and re-assembly on site. Our on–site lift & shift teams are experts at removing compressors from even seemingly inaccessible places, often eliminating the need for craneage.

Whether you require gaskets, shaft seals, crankcase heaters, or mechanical components we are only a phone call away! We also sell NEW COMPRESSORS at very competitive prices. Remanufactured Refrigeration Compressors
By monitoring trends and types ACES endeavour to hold comprehensive stocks of remanufactured refrigeration compressors ‘on the shelf’ ready for immediate dispatch. Direct replacements ensure that downtime is kept to a minimum and the produce can be preserved.

Compressors for Rail
ACES is a registered and accredited supplier to RISQS, the largest registration and qualification scheme within the UK rail industry. This specialist sector demands the highest standards of quality and Health & Safety.
