Established for over 21 years, Clark Smith Partnership is dedicated to providing high quality, value for money services. We are a privately owned, independent firm of consulting engineers and a member firm of the Association for Consultancy & Engineering (ACE), employing highly experienced and professionally qualified staff. This enables us to provide a ''tailored'' solution to any project, throughout the UK, from our offices in London.
The Practice is fully insured and our Professional Indemnity Insurance is arranged through the ACE Association Scheme administered by Griffiths and Armour.
We have an impressive client and project list and are particularly proud that repeat business from our clients is the norm.

Clark Smith Partnership Limited aims to provide high quality solutions for all our consulting, civil and structural engineering commissions.

The practice operates its own in house Quality Management System.

The quality policy of Clark Smith Partnership is published in the Quality Policy Manual which declares its commitment to providing professional services, with reasonable skill, care and diligence, in the areas of civil and structural engineering to meet the client’s requirements.


This system ensures the following:

• Design solutions are developed in accordance with current best practice
• Design solutions are checked and reviewed throughout the design process by fully qualified and competent members of staff
• The Practice complies with All UK and EC legislation and regulations, including, all British Standards, Building Regulations and codes of Practice
• The Practice complies with all legislation specifically related to its business activities
• The Practice constantly monitors its quality performance and implements improvements when appropriate
• The Practice has an in house technical Library resource that includes fully updated codes of practice and design standards as well as fully stocked product library. This is controlled by our in house librarian
• The Practice also subscribes to a number of online technical databases and resources
