We aim to provide you with as much literature and merchandise to help your company promote SBH Radiators to your customers, backed up by our famous customer service. In the highly unlikely event there is an issue with one of our products, we are happy to take the lead and solve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible, leaving you to concentrate on the other important parts of your own business. At every step of the way, we will keep you informed of progress until the satisfactory closure of the problem.

Returns are dealt with swiftly, all at the convenience either of yourself or your customer. You can rest assured that we maintain an excellent stock level to complete your order in a timely fashion. Ever-changing deals and incentives are emailed monthly in order to enable you to offer some great packages out to your customers.

All our radiators are manufactured in compliance with EN442 standards and tested here in the UK. The construction products directive gives manufacturers a legal duty to CE mark their products in compliance with this standard. This legislation also requires the heat output to be declared as Delta T50. Please ensure the comparable products you consider advertise T50, not T60 which will incorrectly inflate the actual heat output you could expect.

Bespoke Service
SBH Radiators are proud to offer a bespoke service on all our towel rails and living space radiators. The process is very simple and will take approximately 6-8 weeks from order to your radiator arriving. Simply let us know the radiator you want, and the dimensions required. Please note, due to the nature of the design of the radiator, we may not be able to get it exact, but we will do our best to ensure we are within limits.

Once we have the design and dimensions of the radiator, we will generate a drawing and a 3D representation for your approval. Once approved the radiator drawing will be submitted to our manufacturing facility for final checks. If for any reason the manufacturing facility are unable to manufacture to your specifications, we will report back with updated drawings for approval and a reason for the change.

Living Space Radiators
We don't just make towel rails! We also offer a stunning collection of living space radiators for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and hallways. Horizontal or vertical, whatever your needs, we have it covered.

As with our towel radiators all our living space radiators have a 25-year warranty against manufacturing defects. They are manufactured using 304-grade stainless steel and all handmade to a high-end quality finish. Most radiators can be made in a brushed or polished finish.
