Extremely rude behaviour from the boss of this firm. He advised me he had received some communication that he needed to forward to me, didnt forward it to me for nearly 2 weeks despite being reminded several times by me of his promise, then told me he was not a post box. Doesnt have a readily available complaints procedure, contrary to RICS advice. Id suggest not using this company
