R S Miller Roofing ltd

I went into this depot and enquired about roof tiles, the person who served me told me they had the product i wanted in stock (1000s of them according to him) so I took a few hundred with me to come back for more later that day. I returned to collect another batch of a few hundred to be told they hadnt got any in stock, and his excuse was he just thought they had and didnt bother to check properly. The stock would take upto 4 weeks to get there, so i now have 4 hundred tiles on my house and i have to wait 4 weeks? I told them thats ridiculous, i wouldnt of brought if he had told me the correct information! Im not writing this bad review because he made a mistake, Im writing it because he thought it was hugely funny. So did his manager (owner? Who knows) both acted very unprofessionally, thought it was a great laugh and didnt offer to correct or even apologise, suggested I go elsewhere. Wont be returning, I suggest you dont trust anything they say.
