Property investment company GreenOak has appointed the firm to redevelop Dixon House at 72-75 Fenchurch Street.
The seven-storey Grade II listed building will undergo partial demolition and three new floors will be added as part of plans to redevelop the property.
Demolition works include reducing the building down to the fourth floor slab and removing two staircases.

In addition, a 'significant' central area of the remaining structure will be demolished down to basement level, with a new triple lift shaft installed in its place.
Horizontal supports (Flying Shores) will also be used to temporarily support the structure.
Once completed, the building will comprise of 60,000 sq ft of contemporary Cat A open plan office accommodation.
