We liaise with local authorities and the Environment Agency (EA) on a regular basis and understand exactly what is required to discharge conditions of any planning application, this saves our clients time and money so that they can focus on other aspects of a particular project. We then guide the client through the whole process giving advice at every stage.

Our consultancy fees start from £45.00 per hour. All our quotations include disbursements. We are committed to being fully transparent so that any client can see exactly what they are getting for their money.
