Block Paving Sealer

Block Paving Sealer - High Solids (25L)
A high quality acrylic solvent-based clear sealer, designed to protect and enhance block paved areas by repelling water, dirt, oil and fuels. Inhibits weed and moss growth. Helps to bond and stabilise jointing sand.

• Colour: Clear.
• Coverage: 2-4 square metres per litre depending on substrate and application method.
• Drying Time: Surface dry in 1-2 hours. Do not walk on until dry. Do not park vehicles on surface for 24-48 hours.
• Preparation (New Surfaces): Apply as soon as possible after installation. Ensure surface is clean and remove any excess sand. Apply above 4°C. Do not apply to wet/damp surfaces if rain is imminent or if efflorescence is present.
• Preparation (Old Surfaces): Fully clean off surfaces with power wash, apply weed and moss inhibitor. Allow to dry thoroughly and re-apply jointing sand prior to application.
• Application: Sealant can be applied by course droplet low level spray, brush or roller. Avoid excess pooling and over coating.
• Please note that all concrete block paviors are not the same and can vary dramatically in porosity - some may only require one coat, others a second coat is necessary.
