N&C Phlexicare Win Most Stylish Product of the Year

A new award looking for the most stylish product at Naidex, the largest disability, homecare and rehabilitation event of the year, was won by the N&C Phlexicare Freespace shower doors.

The judges were Ade Adepitan, television presenter and wheelchair basketball player, Denise Stephens, co-founder of Enabled by Design and Nikki Chapman, independent occupational therapist.

N&C Phlexicare Product Manager Tony Wright-Jones commented: "We are extremely proud to have won the award. This is a truly inclusive product that can be used by all the family because of its stylish yet functional design. As far as we're concerned, style as well as functionality is very important when it comes to our products."

As finalists in the Product of the Year Awards 2011, the N&C Phlexicare RADAR Automatic Entry System was chosen as the product that provides safe and easy access for all ambulant and wheelchair traffic. The sensor operated system provides bespoke settings to allow restricted access to suit varying individuals such as carers and family members.
