In December 2023, Fasten.it joined the BearingNet family. BearingNet, established in 1996, works with companies in the power transmission industry, primarily focusing on ball bearings. It has been hugely successful in building a strong community, offering face-to-face networking events with over 500 attendees, alongside an online platform where users can buy and sell inventory.

In 2017, BearingNet also created FluidPowerNet, a second platform for the fluid power industry, using the same business model for a different sector. BearingNet identified Fasten.it as a perfect fit to join their group of companies, as all three platforms promote community, and enable faster, more effective trade for their members.

The Fasten.it and BearingNet teams are based in both Italy (where Fasten.it was founded) and the UK (home of BearingNet and FluidPowerNet). We pride ourselves on doing everything in-house: our tech team develops new platform features, our marketing team produces content, videos, magazines, and more, and our events team brings members together through in-person events.
