Rochester Site Services Ltd provides tailor made Scaffolding Services and Recruitment Services for the Construction, Commercial, Domestic and Specialist Industries.

We provide reliable and competitive Site Services, Scaffolding Services and Recruitment Services to all our clients and have been operating for the last seven years throughout Kent, taking in the Medway Towns, Gravesham, Swale, The Isle of Sheppey, Thanet and the South East of England, including London, the Home Counties and throughout the UK.

We provide a seven day a week 24 hours a day call out facility, operating a strict Health and Safety Policy, Environmental Policy, Equal Opportunities, Training Policy, PPE Policy, and Quality Policy, working to scaffolding regulations, Rochester Site Services has a strict no drugs and alcohol policy with random testing.

All our employees are CISRS registered, CITB trained and are fully TG20 compliant, with a ten million pounds public liability and employers liability cover.

Rochester Site Services Ltd will provide a significant service and set standards parameters that will be agreed between ourselves and our clients.

In our daily structure all staff must provide identification cards, allowing each member to log their attendance at the start of their working day. They will also be checked by the Contractors Manager to confirm that they have the required Personal Protective Equipment for each task the individual undertakes.

The Contractors Manager will arrange daily visits to the site to confirm that each member of staff is fulfilling their obligations and complying with the rules and regulations set out by RSS and our clients.

A daily record sheet will be produced by the Contractors Manager to confirm the progress of the assigned contract, and to ensure that each member of staff is competent and working to the HSE requirements.

Daily reports will be kept at head office by a spreadsheet system, and a weekly progress report will be discussed with the Managing Directors to clarify progression of work, service levels, amendment to work schedules, to clarify proof of compliance with our safety policy and to monitor the ability for RSS to cope with the fluctuations in workload.
