Cure it roofing Ltd

Im currently taking this company to court for the shambolic job they did to my roof. I paid £12,000 for a roof that now continually leaks due to poor laying of slates and incorrectly fitted roof windows, fitted without adequate felting, and with no means to channel water away.
James will appear keen when chasing for business, but once the deposit was paid it took 6 months to finally start the work. His workers broke garden slabs; broke my front wall; and filled mine and my neighbours’ gutters with junk. Roof ridge tiles are not cemented or fixed into place, and are held down by gravity with gaps filled with silicone.
James unbelievably wanted payment before the scaffolding was taken down and complained when I said I needed time to inspect the work. Despite assurance he would respond to problems straight away it took a month of continual calls, texts and emails before anyone visited. Im now taking his company to court to fund payment to professionals to fix the problems hes left.
