Earthmover Tyres (Wakefield) Ltd was established in 2004 to acknowledge the need for specialist tyre requirements in the larger/unusual sizes to a nationwide customer base.

We have over 30 years’ experience in this field and have supplied customers old and new with requirements whilst adhering to our mission statement Core Values, Vision, Goals and Culture.

Being based in West Yorkshire and ½ mile from M1/M62 major intersections we are able to offer a large coverage to sites within a 2 hour geographical window of being contacted. We can also offer a next day service on nationwide work including supply and loan tyres of major tyre sizes, thanks to our large central warehousing. Crane to dumper, bowser to loading shovel we have you covered! Mine to Quarry, Steelworks to Construction Site we have you covered!

We have professional experience in the field of tyre supply, vehicle tyre servicing and tyre repairing, specialising in the OTR/Earthmover sizes.

We offer services to SME as well as major global customers in the UK and Ireland.

Earthmover Tyres can supply sizes from wheelbarrow to 49" tyres.

Earthmover Tyres is a Michelin approved centre for all major repairs to earthmover tyres.
Major repairs are undertaken at Earthmover Tyres main depot by fully certified earthmover tyre repairers to the Michelin Approved Standard for earthmover tyres.

Fitting & Loan Service

Vulcanised Tyre Repairs
At our state-of-the-art facility, we house specialised vulcanised tyre repair facilities, staffed by a team of three highly skilled Tyre Repair Engineers. Each of our engineers holds accreditation from Michelin and Rema Tip Top—a prestigious qualification held by only a select few in the UK. This certification enables us to confidently provide a fully guaranteed service for all earthmover tyre repairs, ensuring our work meets the highest industry standards.

Tyre Filling Service
Our custom-built facility features a dedicated tyre filling centre, enabling us to handle tyre filling jobs across the full range—from the smallest tyres to the largest earthmover models. This specialised setup ensures we can meet the diverse needs of our clients with precision and efficiency, regardless of tyre size.

Tyre Pressure Monitoring System
Our TMS (Tyre Monitoring System) sensors are expertly mounted inside each individual tyre, where they continuously transmit real-time temperature and pressure data to a receiver and display unit within the vehicle’s cab. This system gives drivers and fleet managers the crucial data they need to make informed decisions. For example, if a tyre shows a gradual loss of pressure, the driver will know whether the vehicle can safely finish its shift or if it needs to reach a suitable location for maintenance.

At Earthmover Tyres, we offer an extensive supply of retreaded earthmover tyres from our central warehouse, stocked to meet the demands of fleets across the country. Our remoulded tyres are sourced from Marangoni Pneumatic, one of Europe’s largest and most respected earthmover tyre remould specialists. This partnership ensures we can provide high-quality, reliable retreaded tyres that meet rigorous performance standards and offer excellent value.

Part Worn Stock
Our extensive warehousing facilities house a large inventory of part-worn earthmover tyres in a wide range of sizes and tread depths. This stock enables us to meet diverse requirements promptly, providing cost-effective solutions for fleets needing reliable, high-quality tyres at a fraction of the cost of new ones.
