I had to contact the company because I seemed to have received an email from them with a supposed order document attached. Having checked that the company exists I phoned them and found that they had recorded a message explaining that their email had been hacked so that people were receiving false emails apparently from them, and that the document should not be opened. I appreciated the care and thought as I had been quite concerned
