CONCRETE WASHOUT SACKS
Sacks enable retention of solids, cementitious particles and oil residue, whilst allowing water to drain. Ideal for washing concrete equipment off into and other onsite waste disposal.

CWS Washout
The CWS Concrete Washout is a 'Plug & Go' system that recycles washwater indefinitely and reduces waste.

A cost effective alternative to skips & suction wagons, the CWS allows concrete equipment and wagons to be washed-off onsite by separating the solids and recycling the remaining water.

MINI Mobile Washout
into an Adsorption Sack to capture and retain solids. Pumps then recycle the wash water so that you can continuously wash off without needing to refill or discharge any waste water. pH is easily neutralised by adding Kelly Tanks pH neutralising agent and best of all, the system is on WHEELS making it easily transportable around site.

DOUBLE Washout
The ‘Double’ incorporates two Adsorption Sacks, 2000ltr water storage volume, a high volume pump to supply optimum hose pressure for washoff and auto pH control (CO2).

Concrete equipment can be safely washed off onsite. Solids are separated from the wash water and retained within the Adsorption Sacks. The remaining water is then continuously recycled and pH is neutralised with CO2 being automatically diffused directly into the recycled washwater.

CWS ULTRA
Concrete equipment can be safely washed off onsite. Solids are separated from the wash water and retained within the Adsorption Sack. The remaining water is then continuously recycled and pH is automatically neutralised by CO2.

GWS WASHOUT
Used for washing off grout equipment, mixers, piling rig equipment, concrete skips, wagons and Hydrodem. Adsorbs the solids and uses purpose built coalescing media to clean wash water. Unlike the CWS, does not recycle water.

SKIP Frame Washout
Designed with a unique mechanism to allow different size skips to slot into position without manual adjustments and a spring action loaded bar that adjusts automatically to accommodate different size skips. Concrete Skip Washout Frame compatible with Kelly Tanks Concrete Washout System & various size Concrete Skips to create environmentally safe, easy to use, washout recycling system.

WASHOUT Trays
Simple, easy to move trays for capturing and transferring waste and concrete waste.

pH CONTROL
pH Neutraliser - Best used in recirculated/recycled wash water. Avg usage, 2-4drums will maintain neutral pH level of 500ltrs for up to 150 cycles.

pH Reducer - Best used in batch treatment or prior to discharge/re-use. Approx 3-4ltrs will neutralise 1000ltrs of high alkaline washwater.

WATER TREATMENT
Extensive fleet of cost effective, simple to set up, simple to use, simple to empty Water treatment units and systems.

HYDRODEMOLITION
Hydrodemolition waste is deposited into the HpC Adsorption Sack wherein solids are retained. Water percolates through and is then checked by pH probe, if the pH level is not within the pre-set parameters, the dosing unit initalises dosing and agitation until it is reduced to desired level. The water then passes through Coalescing media, where any remaining suspended soilds and precipitants are settled out, water can then be re-used or discharged.
