BN1 Loft Conversions Ltd

I would like to share my experience of the treatment my family has received at the hands of the director of this company.
This individual, (M.Wadhams) is the director of another building ‘company’, BN1 Solutions. They have 2 County Court Judgements against them whereby he has been ordered to repay us over £11,000. On one of them there is even a Court sanctioned instalment repayment plan, which he pleaded for and to which we have agreed. However, after several months we have still received absolutely nothing towards either payment ordered by the court.
He has completely turned our lives upside down and walked away with our money, actually owing us tens of thousands of pounds in goods and services not delivered. No remorse has been shown. We were left with an unfinished build and what had been done was found to be highly unsafe in numerous places when examined and reported on by Building Control Officers and Registered Structural Engineers. We had to finish it and make it safe ourselves, with some help from different (trustworthy, skilled and decent) contractors, over many psychologically, physically and financially devastating months.
