S P Roofing

Very disappointed in SP Roofing Services, who quoted us around £1500 to repair a leaking flat roof. The repair is only intended to be temporary, to get us through the winter until we can replace the roof in the spring but SP Roofing were sufficiently confident in the repairs that they offered a three year guarantee on the work. Needless to say, the repairs have not solved the issue, the roof still leaks, and though SP Roofing did return several times to attempt to fix the leaks, they now say the roof needs replacing (which we knew anyway) and the work carried out is not covered by their guarantee. They refuse to offer any sort of refund - even a partial one - and now ignore all our attempts to communicate with them.
