They did not put any support under the shower tray so it cracked. They built wonky walls around the shower so the shower screen did not fit. They then tried to level it with lumps of mastic. They poorly fitted the floor so had to put tape over it to hide the area around the toilet. They cut the window sill with wonky edges and gaps and again filled it with mastic. They tiled the walls and some tiles stick out and others don’t, with varying gaps between each tile.
