CONSTANT LIES AND VERY VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE:
After completing the damp proofing at my property, I noticed a small damp patch 7 days later and I told David. After checking the seals of a near by door, he agreed that it was damp and no problem, they would return to fix the problem FOC, it was under guarantee.
Approx 35-45 times David arranged a time and a place to come and fix the issue ( which was getting worse).
Eventually I asked David to refund GBP 200 for the work we had paid for but it was not finished properly.
I then asked David to pay the GBP 200 by yesterday, as a final straw.....no money received and no responses to my messages for the past 2 weeks.
David and his team completed the work in April 2024...yes 2024...So I have been very patient and at times understanding.
His word is not worth anything...constant lies and no-shows, with most of the time, not even the courtesy of a call to say that sorry!!....Disgraceful!

WOULD NOT USE: After agreeing to have work completed by David and paying a deposit, our job was rescheduled no less than 9 times. After repeated contact and David agreeing to return our money, he then went silent. We have subsequently had a CCJ filed against him. There are also posts on his account of jobs he completed, on the days that he was supposed to be at our property, but couldn't attend due to an emergency. It has now been 18 months since this first began and he is yet to return our deposit.
