How it began
Our two founders, Chris and Brian, had worked together for a number of years in the temporary and permanent recruitment industry. Everything was going swimmingly until the World Financial Crisis hit in 2007, and by 2009 the company they worked for was seriously struggling. When a buyer for the company was found, things were looking bright again – until the person that bought the company and stripped it of its assets. Even though the company wanted Brian and Chris to be part of the rebuild it was time to go out on their own.
