We've a team of specialist advisers on hand to answer your questions about our products and how they're used and installed. And if you're looking for something a bit out of the ordinary, just ask one of the team - they love a challenge.
We aim to source ethically and to minimise the impact of our operations. All of our products are sourced from UK suppliers with documented CSR policies.

Q. Is my card payment secure?
A. All our card payment processing is done by WorldPay world leaders in secure payment processing and your payment is entirely safe.
Q. I don’t want to pay by card, are there other options?
A. Please call +44 (0) 1604 438189 or email us. We also offer PayPal and BACS options. We can take your card details over the phone using a secure remote terminal or talk to us about setting up an account, subject to our usual terms and conditions. If you prefer send us a cheque for the full amount of your order including delivery and VAT and we can process the order upon clearance of your cheque.
