DO not touch this company as the online descriptions are poor and customer support is terrible!! I ordered a water feature but the description on site did not say it came with an ugly metal ring or that I had to bury it in the ground. I had previously emailed Mollie who had said that setting up of the water feature was a simple process.Burying under the ground is not simple. I have returned the item at my expense as this company refused to refund my postage despite their online description being incorrect. The product I ordered was not described correctly yet I had to pay £19.08. This is my worst online shopping experience ever and I want people to be aware of the poor service. The email response is very quick when you enquire about a product and disappears if you have an issue. Shop somewhere else if you do not want poor customer service and a stressful experience. I have given this company many opportunities to rectify the issue but they have refused to do so.

Ordered a £8000+ conservatory with them. Quote was £300 higher than others but I chose them anyway thinking they respond their emails very quickly. Lead time was given as 4-6 weeks. Only a month later they came back saying their suppliers have to add another £1k or £2k, or they offer to give me a FULL refund (all in writing in email). Given that it’s already a month delay, I accepted the full refund in writing and found another company. Only after this they suddenly offered to match the price again, and refused the full refund already agreed unless with £500 cancellation fee. This is horrible sales tactics just to squeeze more money from an existing order. I’ll now proceed with credit card charge back!
