I called up Customised Consulting Air Con Services without reference after having been given a poor response by another firm. Sean handled the call with thoroughness and professionalism that was clear over the phone. He arrived when he had committed to and worked diligently - sometimes in poor weather - to service and repair two aircon units, one of which was making too much noise. He implemented biocidal cleaning and noise damping, these extras having been agreed with me beforehand. There were no surprises with the final bill. Sean pays close attention to the detail and strives to get the unit back to factory condition. As my units are over 10 years old, I couldn't be more pleased with the result. I shall use him again without hesitation. A very satisfied customer.
