This includes from the very first meeting ensuring we know exactly what you want to get out of the project. Once providing you with an initial broken down quote we then sit down and walk through potential cost engineering initiatives which could reduce the price should you wish to bring the price down.

Once an agreed upon figure has been met we will set to work on providing you with drawings and samples to ensure that you know exactly what the finished product will be.

Before work begins we will provide you with an itemized programme of works along with a payment plan to ensure you know exactly what should be completed and by when, so you understand where your payments are going.

At the end of the job we leave you with a retention fee for 30 days to make sure that any last minute things you need are added to ensure you are entirely happy before we leave.

Throughout the job we will be just a phone call away and should you require any additional work doing within the time frame, we will make sure we turn around the costs and samples for you ASAP to make sure the project stay on time.
