Urban Marque is operated by very experienced, professionally qualified individuals who have a sound knowledge of construction & structural engineering, design, planning law, timber frame manufacture and project management. We offer a range of budget standard design mobile homes or we can supply a luxury garden lodge home to your exact specification. We offer a range of services and products that very few other suppliers of luxury mobile homes and static caravan units can offer. Garden Rooms
URBAN MARQUE – designers and manufacturers of bespoke garden buildings. As communication technology develops it provides continued flexibility in the workplace with many more people choosing to work from home. Obviously working on the kitchen table with constant distraction is not ideal and a home extension may not be practical so a garden office, otherwise known as a log cabin or granny annex provides a cost effective, functional stand alone workplace.

A garden office annex can be whatever you want it to be – a studio an office, a home gymnasium, playroom or just a retreat to escape the pressure of modern day living. Beware though – there are dozens of ‘Garden Buildings’ on offer and are little more than garden sheds that are not structurally engineered and have little or no insulation.

Design - As you can imagine Urban Marque don’t do “standard” when it comes to garden lodge buildings – we believe that all our clients should have the freedom of choice, so we invite you to input your own concepts. We are all different and so are our garden buildings. Whether you are considering installing an Office, Gymnasium or Leisure Building or any other type ‘log cabin’ unit in your garden, feel free to design a building of your own and not one that other people think you should have.

Bespoke Lodges
We refer to all our buildings that are designed for living as “Lodges” but they can also be called Granny Annexes, Log Cabins, Mobile Homes or Static Caravans. The fact is that they are all basically the same thing… the only difference is the quality. Urban Marque only design and manufacture top quality, made to order mobile homes of distinction. All our lodge homes are fully engineered and each unit is supplied with site-specific structural calculations, full design drawings and proof of compliance with the Caravan Acts. All dwelling units exceed the basic requirements that must comply with BS 3632:2015.

All Urban Marque quality homes are designed on a traditional timber frame house platform and although they comply with the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960, Caravan Sites Act 1968, and BS3632:2015 – they can even exceed all the compliance requirements of the latest UK Building Regulations for new houses.

Our mobile homes and garden lodges can be designed to meet full Planning demands and comply with Building Regulations standards for traditional house’s – even though planning permission may not be required.
