Happy with the service we received from Cosey Homes. We ended up doing two surveys with them as the first one unearthed quite a major issue and we had to pull out of the sale for that one. We found both to be as thorough as expected though I don't feel like the level 3 added much value for the added cost, the level 2 seemed to be just as thorough though maybe that depends on which surveyor you get!

Four stars just as communication could be better, both times we didn't have anything outside of the first email related to the survey being booked. The first survey came back in 5 working days (level 3) and the second came back within 8 (level 2).

I would overall recommend using them. The surveys have been really helpful and we are happy with the service provided, just would have appreciated a little bit more communication throughout the process!

Cosey Homes were quick, professional, and friendly throughout the process. Lyndsey was always available for questions by phone and by email. The survey was available within the 5 days they promised! Really thorough and detailed report. Would definitely use again and recommend to others!
