MG Joiners and Builders Limited. Absolute nightmare, rain has poured into our extension since the day it was done, when Martin eventually bothered to come out and look at it he told us it should have had a cavity tray in ........ well wouldn't you think the builder would have done that at the time of build. Seemingly nothing we can do about it now other than have the whole back of the house rendered. I personally think it has somehting to do with the whole back of the house dropping creating gaps round all of the back windows the internal doors no longer able to shut and cracks in the back bedroom walls when they removed the props (again Martin says not). On top of which we have had to pay an additional £1040 as Martin had not had the extension signed off and the application had run out. luckily for us the building controls inspector was lovely and did not make us strip back anything. Martin has been impossible to get hold of since they finished here.
