IF I COULD REVIEW THIS COMPANY 0 STARS I WOULD - JT Joinery installed external wooden bi-fold doors for us in the middle of June 2019 and we are still having an ongoing battle to try and fix the numerous issues that we are having with the UNFINISHED product. The doors are not sealed correctly, therefore when it rains heavily they leak meaning have not be able to plaster or put flooring down. When the doors are open and folded back there is no mechanism to stop them slamming shut. The company have Bodged the seals with pink foam which is untidy and very visible, they then attempted to stop the leak with silicon which again is an eyesore and looks awful. So far we are down thousands of pounds and after numerous emails to the company we are now seeking legal advice from trading standards to recover all monies spent as the doors ARE NOT fit for purpose. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT!
