About Design and Visual Ltd
Design & Visual Concepts is a specialist manufacturer of glass reinforced gypsum (GRG) and Jesmonite products including feature walls, curved ceiling bulkheads, GRG column encasements and suspended ceiling features for the flagship areas of a project.
We are leaders in specialist and feature areas, providing superior UK based, Jesmonite and glass reinforced gypsum (GRG) design, manufacture and installation. We install pre-fabricated fibrous plaster and GRG profiles including all interfacing walls and ceiling systems contained within the specialist areas. Our project and technical systems experts are geared up for installations of high architectural demand. We seek to raise and maintain high standards in this industry with exceptional design and application standards via our knowledgeable, trained and incentivised team.

How We Lead
We offer a range of architectural mouldings. Our Jesmonite and GRG mouldings are designed to fine detail with our 3D CAD tools and then manufactured to tight tolerances – to ensure a smooth fit.
We are a UK based manufacturer – therefore no shipping delays or detailed paperwork. We design, manufacture (from our UK workshop) and install bespoke feature walls, column casings, fascias, bulkheads, domes, lighting troughs and soffits.
GRG Columns & Casings
Our GRG columns, casings and encasements can be seamlessly shaped to suit your layout, hiding unattractive elements with sleek, modern looks. Our column casings come in standard sizes or bespoke moulds can be made. We offer column casings in GRG, GRP and Jesmonite products – to meet your needs.
Walls
With our expert designers, and skilled install teams, we are able to complete full project installation works of Jesmonite, GRC & GRG walls and GRG panels. We undertake decorative wall panelling and cladding, bespoke mouldings, custom tiles and dry lining. We can manufacture and install 3D wall panels to your design. When we install our GRG wall panels we will fill the joints of the panels to create a seamless decorative wall which can be then painted or sprayed to any colour or design.
GRG Ceiling and Light Troughs
GRG ceilings define, enhance and highlight areas within a building. They can take many forms: lowered soffits, raised coffers, circular, elliptical shapes, lighting troughs with concealed lighting, slopes & angles, blind boxes, razor edges, bulkheads or any combination of the above.
GRC and Jesmonite
Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete, also known as GFRC or GRC, is a type of fibre reinforced concrete. Glass fibre concretes are mainly used in exterior building façade panels and as architectural precast concrete. Whether you have a requirement for large exterior columns, period effect stonework or a Portland stone finish wall, we will be able to help. Our specialists are skilled in producing bespoke GRC using Jesmonite which can replicate the appearance and texture of any surface finish in any number of colours.
GRP
GRP is known as Glass-reinforced plastic/polyester or also known as glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP), is a fibre reinforced polymer made of a plastic matrix reinforced by fine fibres of glass.
