We are a glazed roof and secondary glazing manufacturers business based in Devon, UK
Secondary glazing and Glazed roof manufacturers : We manufacture and supply a range of products and components for Secondary Glazing, Carports, Canopies and Conservatories throughout the UK.

Our firm was first established in 1990.

We supply trade businesses and retail customers and we are happy to provide advice both to our DIY and our commercial customers.

We supply:

We stock the full range of polycarbonate roofing sheets in thicknesses (from 4mm through 10mm polycarbonate sheets, 16mm triplewall polycarbonate sheets, 25mm polycarbonate sheets to 35mm polycarbonate) and the full range of colours (Clear, Bronze, Opal, Bronze on Opal, Heatguard on Opal), plain colours are also supplied with Solar Control Solar Inserts. For larger projects or longer spans you will need our multiwall polycarbonate glazing sheets.

We supply Conservatory Roof Kits including all the components required for lean-To style roofs to suit Rafter Supported roofs (with Snapfix or aluminium rafter glazing bars) and also Roof kits that include self-supporting glazing bars.

If you require specific components we are happy to provide the solution to your requirements through our large stock of conservatory roof components and polycarbonate glazing sheets and our ability to manufacture to your needs.

As canopy manufacturers our Smart Canopy Range has been wholly designed and is manufactured in its entirety by ourselves.

The range includes the Lean-To Canopy and a variety of Free-Standing Canopy designs now available in both White and Anthracite grey aluminium framework.

All canopies can be manufactured to your exact requirements at no additional cost making installation very straightforward.

The canopies are glazed with 16mm polycarbonate or 6mm Glass Clear Plate Polycarbonate. We supply and are able to specify a number of different In-Fill options to further meet your particular needs.

The Smart Canopy range is continuously evolving and this development is based on addressing the requirements of our customers.

Secondary Glazing is another area of specialisation
We manufacture and supply the full range of secondary glazing solutions. Starting with simple fixed secondary glazing that include cut-to-size Rectangles such as 4mm clear plate polycarbonate and Standard Rectangles in acrylic and plate polycarbonate glazing panels with our own Fixing solutions (Smartframe, Smartfix).

We manufacture a range of SmartSlider horizontal sliders with 2, 3, 4 panels. These are made- to-measure solutions particularly suitable for simple DIY installation.

At the high end we supply custom Secondary Glazing units which are made-to-measure secondary glazing units with Glass and aluminium/wood frames ready to install.

We are always happy to discuss your project, large and small. We have many years of experience in working with our customers to deliver the best solutions for your polycarbonate roofing sheets, Conservatory roofing, Polycarbonate panel or Canopy.

First, both my installer and I are extremely impressed with the quality of your product. The professional finish of all the individual parts and the finished article are a credit to you and your company.

The protective packing materials could not be faulted and the delivery service was perfect.

A big thanks for the windows, they look great and the lady is over the moon.
The lady is very elderly and her husband died last year and since then she has not been able to sleep due to the noise from the road that seems louder to her now as she is on her own.
I popped in to see her today and she slept very well last night as the noise pollution has been drastically reduced, hence she asked me to thank all you people there.

On a personal note, the instructions were very clear and the windows installed very easily too, so a thanks from me too.
She now wants the other 5 remaining windows done, so an order will be made next week.

Secondary glazing unit is fitted. Excellent service throughout, an easy to navigate web-site, brilliant communication after, then fast delivery. I am extremely pleased with the canopy and it has received very good comments from visitors. Covid Corner-The name was given to the project to occupy my time during the lockdown which involved removing three raised vegetable beds which where suffering from root invasion from a fairly big tree. I then constructed the raised deck, verandah, planters, stone ground cover, lighting and planting of hedge & screening. I would add that the whole project has been carried out 100% by my wife and me (we are both 77) during the lockdown.
