Please avoid this company. In our experience they are unreliable, rude and provide extremely poor customer service.

The first time we used them, they gave us a start date which came and went without them turning up, and with no communication to explain why. After a lot of chasing, they eventually completed the work and, in fairness, the quality of the work itself was good. When we later needed some additional work done, we were hesitant because of the delays the first time around. However, because the original work had been completed to a good standard and the new job wasn’t urgent, we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.

That turned out to be a mistake.

They took payment upfront and agreed a start date. Once again, the date came and went with no work carried out and no communication. We repeatedly chased for updates and were given various excuses. Although we had doubts over how genuine these excuses were, we tried to be understanding. More dates were promised and missed. Eventually they stopped even attempting to explain the delays and simply ignored messages altogether. No apologies, no updates, nothing.

Two months later and they still had our money whilst continuing to ignore WhatsApp messages (despite them being read/online), phone calls and voicemails.

Unfortunately, we are now in the process of issuing legal proceedings to recover our money. It is only since they were informed of the court claim that they bothered to respond. Too little, too late. (And still no apology…)
