Wall Formwork

The only system to be able to cope with straight or radius from the same components the steel version is modular and can be built in situ.

Our road forms can also work with the Fast Form bracket system to give the most stable road form on the market, one that can be pinned with standard road form pins, or fixed down with Fast Form brackets attached, they can also be fixed to decking with wood screws or to concrete blinding or slabs with re-usable, self tapping concrete bolts so what ever your ground conditions our road forms can be fitted safely and securely.

We have used the Fast Form brackets on one of our sites in Oxford where we had to shutter for a new concrete generator slab. I have to say that they were very easy to get used to and made the work faster and more modern than the traditional methods of formwork. Fast-Form Systems provide a very efficient system of shuttering for reinforced concrete works. We contacted Fast-Form as we required a simple shuttering system that couple be erected in a short period of time, the staff were extremely helpful and provided the materials within a few days of my initial conversation. The staff were also very helpful in providing technical assistance throughout the process of constructing the shuttering. Upon completion of the works the shuttering was also collected within a couple of days. I would not hesitate to use Fast-Form Systems again.

We were referred to Fast-Form and they provided us with a very unique solution to cast a slab with a plinth in one go. A very ingenious system, I had never seen anything like it before, our joiners were sceptical but have been won over by the speed and ease of use of the system. We have used every system available over the years but none as flexible as Fast-Form, their customer service is excellent and they are very helpful. Fast Form has provided our Formwork system to the MOD via our partner W F Senate. This system is being supplied for Project ANEMOI, a construction project delivered by the Corps of Royal Engineers for the construction of new accommodation blocks on three remote hilltop sites in the Falkland Islands. We approached Fast Form to design a formwork system for our prestigious contract at 6 Pancras Square, St Pancras London, we had been looking for a lightweight formwork system as we had to erect a 6.5m high concrete wall for two new sound studio’s inside an existing finished building, everything had to be carried in through fire doors and erected by hand with no crane. The two new sound studio measuring 22m x 11m x 6.5m high with a central spine wall is inside an existing building and so space was very tight, we had to cut out existing floors to allow the 2 storey studio to be constructed, we also had a strict time limit and had to construct the walls ready for pouring within 4 weeks. There was round 1000m2 of formwork and so by using Fast Form we have saved at least 2,432kg of Carbon compared to traditional methods. (Figures provided by Fast Form) Fast Form designed several schemes ranging from 2m high pours but eventually we decided to go for a single height pour of the whole sound studio 6.5m high in one pour to save time on the overall program as we had a fixed end date. Fast Form visited site many times, they produced a full set of detailed drawings in 3D with structural calculations and helped with everything from advice on erection of the system to how to pour the concrete and were always on hand for help and advice when we needed it. We are extremely happy with the service, help and advice we got on what was a particularly tricky contract, we would highly recommend Fast Form and shall continue to use them on our contracts

We have just used the Fast-Form system for the first time and we are extremely pleased with the system. We found it much quicker than making traditional timber shutters and very easy to use and whats more extremely quick to strip down. Very sturdy and no parts to lose or damage! Our job needed a fair face finish with no holes and Fast-Form was perfect for the job. What a great system, we shall be using it on all our shuttering contracts from now on
