AJM Heating and Bathrooms

Had a new Worcester-Bosch boiler installed by Andy and his team. On his initial visit, Andy looked at our heating setup, gave good advice and options, and gave a fair quote for the work. We decided to follow his main suggestion. Andy worked efficiently and neatly, with a great deal of care. All the rubbish was cleared up and at the end, you couldn’t even tell he’d been there! The attention to providing a good service and detail was impressive. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and to recommend him to others. Top bloke!

Terrible attention to detail and terrible aftercare. The waste pipe on the boiler has been leaking for 3 years and weve just been ignored the whole time. The extractor fan that was installed is unbearably loud, but weve just been ignored. There was no drainage valve installed and the fuse board should have been upgraded by law, but weve just been ignored.

Now, the filter has failed on the boiler, which isnt AJMs fault, but Worcester-Bosch have said the filter has been poorly fitted in an inaccessible location and refuse to change it themselves. Obviously AJM have ignored that too.

Awful customer care, avoid this company if you can, theyll just ignore you until you give up.
