New communal lounge, Staff office, WC and Shower room. New mechanical installation including new boilers and cylinders and upgrading of incoming mains. Office to Residential Conversion Chelmsford
Conversion of existing office building over two floors to create 4 two bedroom individual apartments, approximately 70m2 each. These works comprised a full mechanical and electrical insulation. Dry-lining, ceilings, partitions, raised flooring, insulation, a small extension, kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, decoration, flooring, access control, fire alarms, new hand rail to staircase. External works included; cladding, balconies, new windows, new shop front access door, bin stores, cycle store and car park.
