Poor service from using via insurance
Waited 3 days for them to attend
And another day to tell me
my boiler is uneconomical to repair and isn’t in good condition even though it
Has a full service and gas certificate 3 weeks prior a legal document
Second opinion says different
Will contact trading standards
Warning to anyone using they will try to upsell you a boiler rather than do the repair
