NEW HOME COST THOUSANDS IN REPAIRS OF POOR WORKMANSHIP & POOR QUALITY GOODS. Within a few years of owning a brand new house built by Bury Developments we have spent, £1100 on repairing groundwork’s, replacing dishwasher (it was fitted with 1 leg rubbing waste pipe and flooded kitchen) and hob, replaced all 4 toilets cisterns, replaced a shower unit, kitchen tap, replaced pressure tank on heating system, and most other heating system parts, no isolation valve on bath or toilets, replacing dormer, and further roof lead work which was missing, Karndean floor lifting, in total I would say within a few years of owning we have spent near to £15,000 replacing and repairing poor workmanship and poor quality goods
