ISO 9001
Our Quality Management System (QMS) is designed to ensure quality customer care and satisfaction. In accordance with the ISO9001 standard guidelines we have processes in place to ensure best business practice and customer service.

ISO 14001
Our ISO14001 accreditation is evidence that we have an effective environmental management system and we always look to continue and maintain our efforts in minimising the environmental impact of our day to day business. We encourage all employees, suppliers and customers to always be mindful of the local, national and global environment and work within environmental legislation and codes of practice.

ISO 18001
The Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) is the internationally applied British Standard covering occupational health and safety management systems. We take great care to ensure that health and safety standards are always met and we recognise the role it plays in good business practice

Safecontractor
The SafeContractor scheme provides a health & safety audit service for contractors who want to reassure their clients that health and safety is being handled correctly and sufficiently on their sites.

CHAS
As part of our continuing commitment to Health & Safety we are also part of the third party accreditation scheme CHAS (The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) CHAS is used by over 900 public and private sector clients wanting assurance of health and safety compliance.

Signed; sealed; delivered – MS Group announces exclusive Zarges partnership

MS Group, the Cheshire-based supplier of commercial furniture and storage equipment, has signed an agreement to be the exclusive UK distributor for Zarges; the German manufacturer of specialised medical storage and transportation solutions – including the ISO Modular Storage System (HTM71), MPO2 and Multifunction Medical Trolleys.

This new partnership will allow MS Group to supply both trade contractors and a project’s end users with an enhanced service supported by:
• increased and localised stock levels
• a dedicated and professional project support team
• improved training and product demonstration opportunities
• specialised, expert tender support
• effective and personalised marketing materials.
After signing the exclusive distribution agreement, Managing Director of MS Group, Ben Simpkin explained “This partnership with Zarges GmbH is a really exciting opportunity. MS Group, the Cheshire-based supplier of commercial furniture and storage equipment, has announced the launch of a new website – workplacefurniture.co.uk – where it will showcase its exclusive range of Herman Miller’s world-class furniture products including executive office chairs, premium office furniture and storage solutions. The creation, development and launch of this bespoke website follows MS Group’s appointment as an Authorised Herman Miller Dealer.

New name. New websites. New markets. Exciting changes announced by MS Group.

MS Storage, the family-run, Cheshire-based supplier of commercial furniture and storage equipment, has rebranded as MS Group. This change will take the group through to the next stage of its development as it continues to grow its product portfolio, expand into new markets and win new national supply contracts to add to its existing client base which includes Crown Commercial, NHS Supply Chain and NHS Shared Business Services.

The new Group’s customer requirements could range from one chair for a home office right through to a £1m+ hospital refurbishment projects. So, under the umbrella of the MS Group, the company will operate multiple brands to give this diverse range of clients a more bespoke, tailored service.

MS Storage Equipment will continue to build on over forty years of success and cement its position as the UK’s leading name in the supply and installation of storage products.

MS Healthcare Equipment will be the Group’s dedicated medical brand; working on consolidating its reputation as the first choice supplier for NHS trusts throughout the UK. And, following a rapid increase in customer demand, MS Office Equipment has been launched to offer a unique combination of outstanding value furniture alongside unparalleled customer service.

As well as these structural corporate changes, the MS Group will also be strengthening its online presence with the launch of three new websites.
