Mastic Asphalt
The most durable and traditional waterproofing solution. Mastic Asphalt is the traditional choice of specifiers as a waterproofing medium because it has a long and successful history in many different situations and applications.
Single Ply
The modern lightweight waterproofing solution, with quick clean installation. For over twenty years Single Ply Membranes, that is roofing systems which essentially consist of one layer of roof waterproofing membrane, have been successfully used in the UK.
Hot Melt
The modern, cost effective waterproofing for protected roofs, green roofs, podiums and water features. Hot Melt has been used on numerous new build developments in recent years as a waterproofing membrane of the structure, taking advantage of its speed and ease of application.

Liquid Applied Systems
Generally these systems are a range of cold applied liquid waterproofing coatings. The waterproof coatings prevent the passage of water and water vapour into the structure, and form a seamless fully bonded system.
Liquid membranes may be used for basement tanking and damp proofing, plant rooms, podium decks and radon protection. These liquid applied systems feature coatings with high degrees of durability, flexibility, abrasion, chemical resistance, different colours for in-built quality control, as well as gas proofing capabilities.
Cavity Drain
Cavity drain membranes works by allowing water to continue to penetrate the structure but control it in the air gap and divert it to a suitable drainage point or pump (if required). Cavity membranes do not allow pressure to build up against the internal construction, and the air gap behind the membrane allows the structure to ‘breathe’ and dry out.
Green Roofing
Intensive, Extensive, Bio-diverse and Brown roofing offer a range of benefits to the surrounding environment. Just like any other roof covering these also need maintenance to ensure long lasting performance and retained value.
