Balwinder Sian installed a boiler at my property but failed to notify gas safe register to issue a benchmark certificate. When my wife sent him a message on Friday at 14:06 about the failure to notify gas safe about the installation of boiler, he ignored that message. He then continued to ignore the request for several days after that. When she sent him another message yesterday at 15:17 and I also emailed him threatening to complain to gas safe register, he ignored both messages and then sent a message saying "call me now!" today. When she called him, he became very rude and aggressive and immediately started swearing at her using foul language such as f ing at her. This is totally rude, abusive and unprofessional behaviour for a gas safe registered engineer when a customer contacts regarding a serious issue such as failure to notify gas safe register about installation of new boiler. Terrible and poor service plus abusive behaviour towards consumers!!. will never use them again. wouldnt even give 1 star for this shoddy and unprofessional service.
