Absolutely disgusting company. Warped laminated was received. Despite photographic evidence and having it assessed by flooring technician the manager Ifran Lal has refused a refund, not collected the faulty materials which are unfit for purpose and ignores all communications. He has responded to only 2 emails with different responses. No refund, no response to official complain. They have been reported to Trading Standards. They will take the money and send you damaged products. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
