Cristian did some tiling for me in a new kitchen. He cracked the new hob but ‘repaired it’. Didn’t say anything until the customer noticed it. Fitted broken and chipped tiles. Grout margins were all over the place. Tiles were not in line with each other. Quoted to supply grout but when the customer supplied it he still invoiced for it. Didn’t tile behind some sockets.
His excuse was the tiles and grout were the same colour so you wouldn’t see the clacks. Tiles were white and the grout with a dark grey.
I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. I wasn’t confident that he would come and rectify what he had done to a good standard. I took it all off and starting again.
